You should eat less of these foods or if possible avoid them altogether:-
1) strong tea and coffee especially black coffee. The caffeine content will affect the foetal's growth.
2) alcoholic beverages
3) any food which contains high levels of colourings, preservatives, salt.
4) soft drinks

Yes, i agreed. I heard that during pregancy, if eat alot of beef, baby might turn out hairy? is that true?

Answer: I ate a lot of beef too when I was expecting my daughter. When she was born, there were very very small tiny hairs on her back but they later went away. Later, I realised that its normal for babies to have tiny hairs on their body which will later go away. So dont worry, eating beef gives you protein and iron:)But of course as with any food, dont overeat but eat in moderation so as not to lead to heartburn:)
