For the past 2 weeks, hubby and I hired an agent to sell our flat. Unfortunately for him, we found out that he had been lying to us several times. So we fired him yesterday. The details of his lies I shall not type it out here for all to read, but even when an agent claims that he is an Associate Director, it means Nothing. (Note to readers: I hate Green!!!)
Note to all sellers and buyers: Know what you are in for. Be Wary of what people might advise you with regards to your house. And Always TRUST your 6th sense. We ALL have one.
