Actually, my hubby and I decided not to hire any agent after that disastrous person tried to sell our flat and ended up lying to us.
However, after meeting with his agent who is a Punggol / Sengkang specialist, we decided to hire him. So far so good, he has brought quite a few buyers to view our flat and there is an offer. So soon, we can move out and perhaps purchase an even better flat:)
